Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of experience in instrument installation, calibration and maintenance. The successful candidate should be able to understand engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:
• Install, calibrate, maintain and repair instrumentation systems including analyzers, controllers, transducers, recorders, gauges and other related equipment.
• Monitor the performance of instrumentation systems using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation control systems issues to identify root causes of problems.
• Inspect equipment for proper operation and recommend repairs or replacements as necessary.
• Ensure that all instrumentation work is performed according to safety regulations and industry standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance services on instrumentation systems.
• Prepare technical reports on the progress of maintenance activities.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and materials for instrumentation projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to instrumentation work
• Working knowledge of industrial control systems such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
• Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes • Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications • Good communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues from different departments • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
