Manager Position in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day to day operations and developing strategies which ensure the successful and efficient running of the business.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in management, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing staff and resources to ensure that all processes are completed efficiently;
• Developing strategies for improving processes as needed;
• Monitoring progress through data collection and analysis;
• Establishing goals for departments, teams, and individual staff members;
• Keeping up with industry trends, products and services;
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and
• Providing guidance, support, and direction to teams.

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field. Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred but not required. We are ready to consider candidates from abroad who can provide evidence of their ability to work in Abu Dhabi. The salary for this position is 1500 AED per month.
