Petroleum Engineer in Dubai, UAE


We are looking for an experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a degree in petroleum engineering and a strong understanding of oil and gas engineering processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of oil and gas exploration projects.

The successful Petroleum Engineer will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and possess a thorough knowledge of the oil and gas industry. They should also have experience in project planning, budgeting, conducting safety assessments, and providing technical support to operations.

The right candidate should be capable of performing complex calculations regarding reservoir engineering, fluid flow through pipes, drilling operations, well integrity testing and other related activities. They should also be able to develop strategies for resource allocation and production optimization.

The Petroleum Engineer will be expected to work collaboratively with other departments such as geology and reservoir engineering to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. As part of their role they may also need to provide technical advice on proposed projects or revisions to existing projects as well as mentoring junior engineers.
