The role will involve working closely with clients to ensure that projects are managed efficiently and effectively, as well as taking a proactive role in identifying areas for improvement or potential new projects.

Job Description:
The Chemical Engineer will be responsible for the development, modification, and optimization of existing processes, as well as the design of new processes from concept through to commissioning. The Chemical Engineer will also be expected to provide technical support to colleagues across all aspects of project delivery, including troubleshooting issues arising during process development or operation. Additionally, this position involves liaising with external suppliers and stakeholders when required.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Expertise in process engineering principles such as heat transfer, mass transfer, reaction kinetics etc.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) is desirable
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in chemical engineering or a related field is desired
• Previous experience with process design/improvement methods such as Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing would be beneficial but not essential
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
