Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Chef with a passion for producing high-quality dishes that meet the highest standards of culinary excellence. The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge of all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and cost control. As the Chef, you will be expected to lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, develop new recipes and menus and ensure that all dishes served meet the highest standards of presentation and taste.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen environment
• Excellent knife skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Knowledge of international cuisine
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new techniques and recipes
• Ability to manage food costs and stock levels according to budget constraints
• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
