We are looking for a creative, hardworking Chef to join our team at the Doha location. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and creating appetizing dishes and meals that meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate should have an excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, have good communication skills, and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

The Chef will be expected to:
• Create innovative and delicious meals that reflect the restaurant’s style and cuisine
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the highest sanitary standards
• Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff on preparation techniques
• Monitor food stock levels, orders supplies as needed, and maintain accurate records
• Work with restaurant management to create new recipes
• Ensure that all recipes are followed accurately
• Track food costs and adjust recipes accordingly
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
• Assist with menu planning, costing, and special events as required

The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. They must also possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. A professional qualification from a recognized culinary school is an asset but not essential. Candidates who can demonstrate an understanding of different cultures or international cuisine will be given preference. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role with an attractive salary of 1100 offered for the right candidate.
