Excavator Operator – Doha

We are looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating excavators for a variety of construction and earthmoving operations. The operator is expected to have a minimum of three years’ experience working with excavators and be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

The position offers a salary of 1800, with the potential for further advancement based on performance. We are prepared to consider immigrants as well as local candidates, provided they have the relevant qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities include:
• Operating excavators safely and efficiently at all times
• Performing pre-operation safety checks on the machine and its components
• Digging trenches, foundations, and other designated areas for construction projects
• Loading materials onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
• Moving soil, rocks, gravel, debris etc., from one location to another
• Ensuring that work is performed safely according to established safety guidelines
• Maintaining clear communication with supervisors and other members of the team
• Adhering to established project timelines

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Valid driver’s license with clean record required
• 3+ years’ experience operating excavators in a similar position preferred
