The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience in the field of orthodontics. They should have extensive knowledge and be highly skilled in all aspects of the profession, including diagnosis, treatment planning and patient management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, an ability to work well with other members of the healthcare team and a strong commitment to providing quality patient care.

The role includes carrying out detailed examinations on patients, taking x-rays and photographs as necessary, developing treatment plans for patients using appropriate techniques, fitting braces or other corrective devices when needed, supervising any orthodontic assistants assigned to you, monitoring progress throughout treatment and adjusting as required and consulting with other healthcare professionals as required. The successful candidate should also be comfortable explaining treatment plans clearly and effectively to patients, parents or guardians.
