Light Driver Job in Dubai
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Light Driver to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be comfortable driving a variety of vehicles in all kinds of weather conditions, ensuring safety and timely arrival to the destination.

The Candidate:
The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, knowledge of the UAE traffic rules and regulations and excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience driving a light vehicle is essential as well as good knowledge of the local area.

Job Description:
The main goal of the Light Driver is to safely drive passengers or goods between locations according to assigned schedules, observing all traffic laws while maintaining a safe driving record. Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Preparing vehicles for trips by ensuring they have fuel, checking tyre pressure and fluid levels, inspecting the vehicle for any mechanical problems prior to departure;
- Loading/unloading goods from/to the vehicle;
- Keeping accurate logs of trips taken and providing detailed reports on any incidents encountered during trips;
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness inside the vehicle;
- Providing timely arrival at destinations in accordance with schedules;
- Ensuring safety by following defensive driving practices;
- Performing general maintenance activities such as cleaning windshields and windows, refueling vehicles etc.; - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UAE road regulations.
