Executive Chef Job in Dubai

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing all culinary operations in the kitchen of our restaurant. The Executive Chef will create menus with an international flair that reflect the restaurant's philosophy and style. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience working as an Executive Chef in high-end restaurants, exceptional culinary skills, and a passion for creating memorable dishes.

Duties:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all food production activities at the restaurant and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. They will also be responsible for controlling costs, developing menus, training staff, maintaining safety standards in the kitchen, managing inventories, ordering supplies, and ensuring adherence to kitchen hygiene standards. In addition, they will monitor food preparation staff to ensure that all recipes are followed correctly.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position we require a minimum of 5 years experience working as an Executive Chef in high-end restaurants along with excellent culinary skills. A degree or certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred but not required. Candidates should also have strong management skills along with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
