Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from inception to completion while ensuring that they remain on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing every aspect of a project, from defining the scope, setting deadlines and delegating tasks to managing resources, scheduling meetings and ensuring quality control.

Needs for Candidate:
The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate should also have excellent communication, problem-solving and decision making skills as well as experience in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Gantt charts. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of successful project delivery with a focus on quality results.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans that include risk analysis, budgeting and timelines
- Manage all aspects of projects including resource allocation, task delegation and progress tracking
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the project team including meetings, reports and other activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor progress against milestones while ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop strategies to address them
- Establish effective relationships with vendors and other third parties in order to ensure successful delivery of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Proven experience in leading projects from conception through completion
- Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project or relevant software)
- Excellent organizational abilities with strong multitasking skills
