Responsibilities
• Developing project plans, objectives and deliverables
• Defining tasks and required resources
• Managing project budget
• Allocating project resources
• Developing schedules for project completion
• Coordinating project staff
• Monitoring progress of the project against established timelines and budgets
• Identifying risks related to the project as well as developing strategies to mitigate them
• Giving presentations on the progress of the project at regular intervals

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in previous positions; preferably in construction or infrastructure projects
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to think strategically when problem solving
• Attention to detail when creating reports or documents
