We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of coordinating and managing projects according to the company's quality standards while ensuring that they are completed within the budget and time frame.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills. They should be able to work on multiple projects at once, with minimal supervision, and be able to collaborate with other departments in order to ensure success.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing project plans, goals, objectives, budgets, resources and timelines.
- Analyzing project progress and performance.
- Identifying potential problems or risks that may affect project completion and taking corrective measures when needed.
- Coordinating with other personnel such as designers, engineers, etc in order to ensure successful project completion on time and within budget.
- Maintaining project documents such as minutes of meetings and change logs.
- Providing regular updates on project status to stakeholders.
- Developing strategies for improving overall project efficiencies in order to maximize resources and minimize costs.

The successful candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study is preferred but not always required depending on experience level.
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written), multi-tasking abilities and ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.
- Knowledge/experience of software development methodologies such as Agile Scrum is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to motivate teams & develop solutions independently & collaboratively with other departments/teams within an organization is important for this role.
