We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sommelier to join our team in the heart of Dubai. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits and other beverages, with a passion for providing an outstanding customer experience.

The successful candidate will be part of a busy hospitality environment, managing beverage service in both formal and casual dining settings. Responsibilities include selecting and ordering wines and other beverages, creating drink menus, pairing food and wine selections, training staff members on beverage service and maintaining stock levels. The Sommelier should also be able to provide helpful advice to customers on selecting wines they will enjoy.

The successful candidate should have extensive experience in the hospitality industry as a Sommelier or equivalent role; excellent knowledge of different wines, spirits and beverages; strong understanding of customer service principles; a keen eye for detail; good organizational skills; the ability to work well under pressure; excellent communication skills; the ability to work well as part of a team; attention to detail in order to ensure customer satisfaction. A foreign nationality is preferred but not mandatory.
