We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. Our ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of wine, including the different varieties and regions, as well as an understanding of food and beverage pairings. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our wine list, pairing wines with dishes, giving recommendations to customers and managing our cellar inventory.

The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. We are particularly interested in candidates who are familiar with international wines and can offer guests a wide range of options. The successful applicant must have excellent organizational skills as well as an eye for detail when it comes to inventory management.
