We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience every time they visit.

Job Description:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, food preparation and presentation, financial management, marketing and promotions. You will ensure that all staff are properly trained and adhere to established health, safety and hygiene protocols. In addition, you will be expected to implement innovative ideas to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales revenue and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop relationships with customers and staff alike. We require a confident individual with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles in hospitality establishments. You must also have good organizational skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong understanding of financial processes is essential along with an eye for detail regarding customer service standards. Experience in marketing is beneficial as well as knowledge of appropriate food preparation techniques.
