We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills with an enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including personnel management, customer service, financial management, and business development. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about creating an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. This person should be able to foster a collaborative environment and motivate their team to meet the highest standards of excellence.

The Restaurant Manager will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including hiring, training, scheduling staff members; managing payroll; developing marketing strategies; handling customer complaints; and other responsibilities as assigned by the director. The successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving abilities along with strong interpersonal skills as they will need to interact with staff members as well as customers on a daily basis.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent is preferred but not required. Previous experience in a managerial role is also preferred but we are ready to consider someone with no experience if they are willing to learn quickly and can demonstrate their potential. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month and welcome applicants from abroad.
