We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and be experienced in the day-to-day operations of a restaurant.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in the restaurant business and possess excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills. They must also be able to work under pressure and show initiative when needed. The ideal candidate will be able to work in an international environment and have a good understanding of local culture.

The Restaurant Manager’s main responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times, managing staff, developing new menu items, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, making sure that all health & safety regulations are met, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, they will need to maintain a positive working environment by motivating staff members to reach their goals.
