The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing restaurant operations and have experience in customer service. They must have good leadership skills to ensure staff are motivated and performing efficiently.

Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring financial performance, developing marketing strategies to increase sales, hiring and training new staff members, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and resolving any disputes or customer complaints.
