Barista Position – Doha, Qatar

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Barista to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have experience making coffee drinks and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in an exciting city. The salary is 1200 QAR per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.

Demands for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working as a barista or related role in hospitality or retail industry, as well as knowledge of coffee-making techniques and customer service practices. They should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. They should also be physically fit and able to move around the café quickly and safely while carrying out their duties.

Working Conditions:
This position requires the candidate to work 5 days per week (7am-3pm) in a busy café environment with varying levels of customer traffic throughout the day. It may involve occasional evening shifts, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this role is to serve customers professionally by preparing and serving high quality coffee beverages using standardized recipes and procedures while maintaining cleanliness of the café area at all times. The Barista must also take orders from customers, handle cash transactions accurately, provide accurate change when necessary, answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, ingredients or preparation methods politely and professionally,and respond promptly to customer complaints or concerns with corrective action when needed. Additionally, the Barista must ensure that all supplies are stocked appropriately throughout the shift so that customers can be served quickly and efficiently at all times .
