Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Teacher to join our team at an international school in Doha, Qatar. This is an exciting role that will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to teach and inspire students in a positive learning environment. The successful candidate should have excellent teaching skills, a passion for education and be able to motivate and engage students.

Needs for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent subject knowledge and be committed to providing a stimulating learning environment. They should have experience teaching either preschool or elementary school classes, or both, as well as knowledge of the education system in Qatar. The successful candidate should also be able to work effectively with parents, other staff members and administrators.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Teacher’s main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Creating lesson plans for assigned classes in accordance with established curriculum guidelines;
• Preparing materials needed for class activities such as worksheets, tests and quizzes;
• Instructing students on classroom topics;
• Observing and evaluating student progress;
• Assessing student performance through tests and other assignments;
• Collaborating with other teachers on curriculum development;
• Maintaining records of student progress according to school policies;
• Organizing extracurricular activities such as field trips or clubs;
• Communicating regularly with parents regarding student progress.

Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field;
• Teaching certification from a recognized institution (preferred); • At least two years of teaching experience (preferred); • Knowledge of Qatar’s education system (preferred); • Ability to work effectively with parents, staff, administrators and students from diverse backgrounds; • Excellent interpersonal skills; • Excellent subject knowledge; • Commitment to providing a stimulating learning environment.
