We are looking for an experienced and efficient Secretary for a high-profile office in Doha. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, demonstrate strong attention to detail and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Secretary will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely fashion.

The successful applicant should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal English is essential for this role. A background in administration or office management would be highly advantageous.

We are offering an attractive salary of 1400 QAR per month, plus potential benefits such as health insurance. This is an excellent opportunity for an immigrant who is looking to begin or continue their career in the administrative field.
