Secretary in Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a professional Secretary to join our team in Doha. This position is a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented individual to work in an international environment.
The successful candidate must have excellent written and spoken English and Arabic language skills. They should also be able to multi-task, handle high-pressure situations, and take initiative when needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
β’ Answering phones and taking messages
β’ Scheduling appointments
β’ Maintaining filing systems
β’ Writing reports and other documents
β’ Handling correspondence with staff and customers
β’ Liaising with suppliers and other third parties
β’ Preparing presentations and other materials for meetings
β’ Arranging travel including visa applications and hotel bookings
β’ Performing administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning documents etc.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
β’ 3+ years of relevant experience as a Secretary or similar role in an international company preferred
β’ Excellent written and spoken English & Arabic language skills required
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM software
