The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; two years of professional experience in civil engineering related work; strong knowledge of engineering principles and regulations; expertise in design and construction planning; excellent problem-solving skills; effective communication skills (both verbal and written); fluency in spoken English; proficiency with relevant software programs.
