Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for surveying land and making measurements, as well as providing accurate data to support engineering projects. This person must have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct field surveys by using the latest surveying equipment including GPS systems
• Collect data from field inspections and research information from public records
• Interpret survey data to determine boundaries of properties or sections of land
• Prepare legal documents like maps, deeds, titles, plats and reports based on survey findings
• Assess development sites by evaluating environmental conditions of the area
• Analyze collected data using computerized mapping systems like AutoCAD or other software packages
• Establish survey control points on all construction sites for use in mapping out the layout of buildings or other structures
• Generate documents related to boundary law like easements or rights-of-way agreements
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with survey plans
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
• Previous experience working as a Surveyor in Qatar is an advantage
• Demonstrated expertise in surveying principles and practices
Desired Skills
• Proficiency with CAD programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or ArcGIS software packages
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with fluency in Arabic preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
