Caregiver
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Caregiver to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be able to provide specialized care for elderly, disabled or ill people in their home. The successful applicant will be compassionate and patient with a strong work ethic and a dedication to providing the best possible care for those under their charge.

The Caregiver should have extensive knowledge of the medical conditions they will be responsible for managing. They must also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with other professionals in the medical field such as doctors, nurses and therapists.

Responsibilities:
• Develop individualized care plans for each client based on their needs
• Administer medications as prescribed by the doctor
• Ensure that all medical needs are met in accordance with doctor’s instructions
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, etc.
• Monitor changes in client’s physical condition and notify the supervisor or relevant health care professional if needed
• Maintain cleanliness of client’s living areas
• Provide companionship services such as engaging in conversation, playing board games or card games, participating in recreational activities etc.
• Arrange transportation for clients when needed

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a caregiver or related role (at least 2 years)
• Ability to create and implement individualized care plans
• A valid license/certification from an accredited nursing program
• Knowledge of basic first aid techniques
• Patience and understanding of elderly individuals or people with special needs
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders (clients, supervisors, healthcare professionals etc.)
• Strong organizational skills
