Office assistant in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support in order to ensure that all operations are managed effectively and efficiently.
The primary responsibility of the Office Assistant is to ensure the smooth running of the office by performing a variety of tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, greeting visitors, filing documents, scheduling appointments, preparing documents and presentations, managing databases, ordering supplies, managing expenses, organizing events and activities, managing calendars, and providing general support to the rest of the team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. They should have excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as experienced in using a variety of office equipment such as printers and copiers.
Previous experience working in a similar role is preferred but not required. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position. The salary for this role is 1700 AED per month.
