Civil Engineer Job in Bani Yas City
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Bani Yas City. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices, and should be able to evaluate and determine the best solutions for any project. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, constructing, testing and maintaining of civil engineering structures such as roads, bridges, buildings, dams, harbors and other large-scale projects.

Job Description:
The Civil Engineer will work closely with a project team to coordinate all aspects of the design process including surveying, mapping, drawings and documentation. They will also provide technical support to other staff members on an as-needed basis. Specifically they will be expected to:
• Analyze survey reports and maps to determine the best design options for projects
• Develop plans using computer-aided design software (CAD)
• Prepare sketches that depict proposed construction plans
• Design structural components such as columns, beams and foundations
• Estimate costs associated with materials or labor required for projects
• Create detailed reports that outline project specifications
• Monitor construction operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Test soil composition or asphalt density to assure quality control standards are met

Skills:
The successful candidate should possess strong problem solving skills as well as excellent oral & written communication skills. They must pay close attention to detail while working on multiple tasks simultaneously within tight deadlines. In addition they must have:
• Working knowledge of civil engineering principles & practices
• Ability to interpret & analyze survey maps & reports
• Ability to create detailed drawings & diagrams using CAD software
• Knowledge of building codes & regulations specific to Bani Yas City

Experience:
At least 2 years experience in a related field is required in order for consideration. Candidates must possess prior experience with civil engineering projects and should have had exposure to other areas such as surveying or mapping.

Education:
A minimum bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university is required for consideration. Additional certifications or professional licenses may be beneficial but are not mandatory.
