Merchandiser – Ras-al-Khaimah

We are looking for a talented and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all merchandise is appropriately stocked and managed in order to meet customer needs. The Merchandiser will work closely with other departments to ensure maximum sales efficiency and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. They must also be able to think creatively and apply problem solving techniques when necessary.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing relationships with suppliers, retailers, and customers
• Monitoring inventory levels and stock availability
• Ensuring timely delivery of merchandise according to customer requirements
• Negotiating prices with suppliers while managing stock costs
• Understanding customer requirements in order to maximize sales opportunities
• Implementing strategies that promote the growth of the business
• Engaging in promotional activities such as product launches, store openings, etc.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role within the retail industry
• Good knowledge of retail metrics
• Ability to think strategically and analyze data
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive attitude and excellent problem solving skills
