We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall culinary operations of the hotel, as well as overseeing all food production and food controls. This position requires an individual with strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating amazing culinary experiences.

The Executive Chef will have full responsibility for leading the kitchen team to deliver consistently outstanding dishes to guests, while also managing cost control, safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate must be creative when developing menus, passionate about providing outstanding customer service, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting. They must also have experience working with immigrant staff members, as well as no-experience staff members. A diploma or certification in culinary arts is preferred but not required.

The Executive Chef role offers a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month plus benefits including annual leave, health insurance, pension scheme and other allowances that are applicable after probation period.
