Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land and properties using a variety of methods. This position offers an attractive salary of 1300 AED. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Conduct research on the existing records and documents related to the land and property surveyed
• Utilize GPS and other tracking methods to accurately map out land boundaries
• Develop detailed reports of the survey findings
• Use modern surveying equipment such as total stations, electronic distance meters, levels, and GIS systems
• Analyze data collected from surveys to ensure accuracy
• Maintain records of all survey activities
• Identify potential problems related to land titles, deeds, or boundary issues
• Prepare sketches or diagrams of surveyed areas as necessary
• Work with other professionals such as engineers, architects, or clients to discuss survey results

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or a related field
• 1+ years’ experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Expertise with surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property surveys
• Ability to maintain accurate records and document findings effectively
• Good communication skills for working with clients
