Land surveyor in Khawr Fakkan, UAE


We are looking for a highly motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate should have a keen eye for detail and possess a high degree of accuracy as they will be responsible for carrying out land and property surveys.

The successful applicant will be expected to have a good understanding of the principles of land surveying, use of measuring instruments, and the ability to interpret drawings. The Land Surveyor must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and have strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities include:
• Carrying out land surveys by using laser, total station, and GPS equipment
• Establishing survey lines by measuring angles and distances
• Generating reports from field measurements
• Maintaining records of all survey data
• Preparing drawings illustrating topographical features based on field notes
• Monitoring changes in land boundaries or other features
• Consulting with clients and other professionals such as architects, engineers, and planners.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, contractors and other stakeholders. They should also be able to work both independently or in a team environment. A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required. A minimum of one year experience in the field is required while experience in urban planning would be beneficial. We are ready to consider immigrants who meet all necessary requirements as well as local candidates. The salary is 1600 per month depending on the experience provided by the candidate.
