Light Driver Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Light Driver to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation of people or goods. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:
• Drive safely and responsibly following all laws and company policies
• Ensure vehicle is kept clean and regularly maintained
• Monitor vehicle performance, condition, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Ensure the timely delivery of goods or people to their destination with minimal delays
• Adhere to assigned schedules and routes
• Load/unload goods as per instruction from the supervisor
• Maintain records on trips, cargo logs, vehicle performance logs etc.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections as required

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license (Light Vehicle)
• Previous professional driving experience of at least two years preferred
• Knowledge of UAE roads/areas and traffic laws
• Clean driving record with no traffic violations or accidents within the past 5 years
• Ability to read maps accurately and follow routes provided by the employer

Duties:
The Light Driver will be responsible for providing safe transportation of people or goods while adhering to all applicable laws, company policies, regulations, schedules and routes. The driver must have a valid driver’s license (light vehicle) with a clean driving record free of any traffic violations or accidents within the past five years. Additionally, they must have knowledge of UAE roads/areas as well as traffic laws in order to drive safely and responsibly at all times. They must also ensure that vehicles are kept clean and regularly maintained while monitoring performance, condition, mileage, fuel consumption etc. The driver will also be required to load/unload goods per instruction from the supervisor as well as maintain records on trips taken such as cargo logs, vehicle performance logs etc. Finally they must ensure timely delivery of goods or people to their destination with minimal delays.
