We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful applicant will be responsible for analyzing maps, conducting field surveys, and gathering data to support land development projects. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of surveying principles and practices, be able to work with limited supervision and have excellent problem-solving skills.

The Surveyor will need to analyze maps, plans and aerial photographs, mark boundary lines on the terrain or use specialist mapping software and GPS equipment to accurately identify property boundaries. They will also use specialized equipment such as total stations, levels and theodolites to measure angles, distances and heights and compile data into reports. Other duties include researching legal records, preparing survey reports for clients or government agencies, monitoring construction sites from start to finish and providing advice on land development projects.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and should hold a bachelor's degree in a related field such as geography or surveying engineering. Knowledge of GIS systems is also desirable. We are ready to consider foreign applicants for this position as well as Saudi nationals. The salary offered is 1700 SAR per month.
