Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Teacher to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality education to students in the region, while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. This full-time role offers a salary of 1400 and the opportunity to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing lesson plans that are aligned with the curriculum standards.
- Leading classes while ensuring effective student engagement.
- Assessing learning progress and providing feedback to students on their performance.
- Monitoring student behavior in the classroom and taking corrective action when necessary.
- Maintaining records of student progress and attendance.
- Collaborating with other teachers to ensure effective delivery of instruction across the school district.
- Participating in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and other school events as required.
- Serving as an advisor or mentor for individual students or groups of students as needed.
- Adhering to all school policies and procedures related to teaching duties and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record as an effective teacher with excellent communication skills both written and oral proficiency in English language is essential; proficiency in other languages is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of curriculum standards applicable to the grade level being taught; ability to develop curriculum that meets such standards strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of current teaching methods, instructional technology tools, best practices, educational resources, etc.; ability to utilize such resources effectively in instruction preferred but not required .
- Ability to handle challenging situations with tact, patience, and understanding; strong problem solving skills also desired .
- Ability to work collaboratively with others including administrators, colleagues, parents/guardians, etc.; excellent interpersonal skills required .
