Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Riyadh. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious dishes while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the restaurant’s management team to create new signature dishes and ensure that the established menu is carried out consistently throughout the kitchen.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Chef’s main responsibilities will include: creating menus, developing recipes, preparing meals for customers as per their instructions and specifications; supervising staff in the kitchen; ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to; and keeping records of food costs and ordering supplies as needed. The Chef will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality control at all times throughout their shift.
Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience as a professional Chef in fast-paced restaurants or hotels
• Knowledgeable in international cuisines
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Exceptional culinary skills – knife skills, plating techniques etc.
• Understanding of food hygiene regulations
• Excellent organizational ability with an eye for detail
• Open to constructive criticism from colleagues/customers
• Fluency in English (preferred)
