Job Summary:
The person in this role will be responsible for providing individual instruction as well as creating, delivering and evaluating lesson plans that meet the needs of each student. They will work closely with other teachers, staff, administrators, parents and caregivers to ensure that each student reaches their full potential.

Needs of the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant field, as well as a minimum of two years teaching experience in an early childhood setting or equivalent professional experience. Other qualifications include excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills and an understanding of child development principles. A current teaching license or certification is preferred but not required.
