Office clerk job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800 AED.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing daily office operations, and providing customer service related tasks. He/She should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
-Maintaining accurate records of all office activities and transactions.
-Answering phone calls and handling customer queries.
-Managing the filing system and database updates.
-Performing basic bookkeeping duties such as maintaining invoices and bills.
-Organizing meetings and conferences, including preparing meeting materials.
-Preparing reports and other documents as requested by management.
-Ordering supplies and equipment when necessary.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent education level; higher education is a plus.
-Previous experience in an office environment is desired but not required for this role.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
