Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will oversee the construction process from start to finish, including design, budgeting, scheduling, and completion. The Construction Manager is responsible for ensuring quality control, meeting deadlines, and working within budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project management in the construction industry. This position offers an excellent salary of AED 1300 per month and we are willing to consider a foreign applicant.

Needs for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with a track record of success
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
