-A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
-At least 3 years of teaching experience
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to motivate and engage students
-Knowledge of current educational principles and practices
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Computer literacy, with proficiency in relevant software applications
