Job Description for Petroleum Engineer – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the field, as well as a strong understanding of the fundamentals of petroleum engineering.

Responsibilities:
• Identifying and assessing potential oil and gas fields using specialized software and tools.
• Developing plans to maximize the production of oil and gas from existing wells.
• Optimizing production through adjusting well conditions, implementing changes in reservoir pressure, and overseeing drilling operations.
• Preparing technical reports and presentations to explain project findings to management teams.
• Analyzing samples to identify reservoir properties such as porosity, permeability, and other characteristics that could affect production.
• Evaluating well data to determine optimal completion techniques and troubleshoot potential issues with existing wells.
• Estimating costs associated with drilling operations and design solutions that maximize profitability while minimizing environmental impact.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field required.
• At least one year of experience in petroleum engineering is required.
• Knowledge of drilling operations, reservoir engineering, geology, mud logging, well completion techniques, etc., is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure is essential for this role.

Salary: 1100 per month (we are open to considering foreign applicants).
