Job Description:

Requirements:

• Proven ability to manage a kitchen staff and ensure food safety standards are met
• Ability to create unique menus that appeal to different tastes
• Knowledge of food cost control measures and budget management
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are desirable
