Requirements:
• Must have completed a culinary degree or diploma
• At least three years' proven experience in a professional kitchen
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
• Exceptional organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare high quality dishes according to recipes provided by the restaurant’s head chef
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards at all times while handling food
• Plan menus in consultation with the head chef
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies when needed
• Supervise junior chefs and other kitchen staff
