We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing menus in a high-end kitchen environment. This role requires someone who is creative and passionate about food, with an eye for detail and a drive to exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience as an executive chef and a proven track record of successfully managing kitchens. Key responsibilities include creating innovative menus, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, ensuring that all health and safety standards are met, managing staff, and developing relationships with customers. An understanding of Middle Eastern cuisine is preferred but not essential.

We are looking for someone who has strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate those around them. The ability to speak fluent English is essential; any additional languages would be beneficial.

This is a permanent role with an attractive salary of 1600 AED per month. We encourage applications from immigrants who are keen to make Dubai their home.
