We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef for a highly respected 5-star hotel in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring the kitchen team to produce outstanding cuisine, while ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.

The Executive Chef will be accountable for the entire operation of the kitchen department and must be able to manage costs, work with suppliers, and create menus that are both creative and innovative. They should also have excellent communication skills to ensure that customer service is of the highest quality.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a 5-star hotel setting
• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
• Ability to stay current with trends in food and beverage
• Excellent leadership, motivation and organizational skills
• Good understanding of health & safety regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Highly creative approach to menu design

Salary: A highly competitive salary of 1400 AED (or equivalent) is offered to the successful candidate, with potential for further increases based on performance. We are also open to considering candidates who may be immigrants.
