Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide safe and secure transport for personnel, visitors and various valuables. You will ensure that all safety protocols are followed while providing a high level of customer service. You will be responsible for inspecting security equipment and maintaining records of customer activities and services provided.

Job Duties:
• Ensure the safe transport of personnel, visitors, materials and equipment from one location to another
• Monitor security systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality
• Maintain records of customer activities related to security services provided
• Respond promptly to any security-related emergency or incident
• Remain alert at all times while on duty
• Provide assistance as needed in emergency situations following established protocols
• Assist customers with queries or issues related to security services provided

Qualifications & Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; college degree is preferred
• Previous experience in an escort or similar position is an advantage • Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain professional at all times • Ability to work independently while following established procedures • Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think quickly in emergency situations • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures • Valid driver’s license is required
