Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 1500 AED/Month
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the restaurant industry and possess excellent customer service skills. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, as well as developing and implementing strategies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in restaurant management positions.
• Proven track record of success in increasing sales and profits in a competitive market.
• Ability to effectively manage staff and create a positive working environment.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and food preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organization skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to increase customer base and profitability within the restaurant.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, inventory control, cost control, food quality control activities for the restaurant.
• Ensure that all staff adhere to health regulations outlined by local authorities as well as company safety guidelines.
• Monitor employee performance on a daily basis; provide coaching when necessary to ensure employee performance meets standards set by company policy.
• Develop marketing plans to promote the restaurant’s services; coordinate promotional activities such as special events or discounts with other businesses or organizations to increase visibility of the restaurant’s services within the community.
