Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff training, customer service and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. We are open to candidates from other countries and willing to consider an immigrant for this position. The salary offered is 1500 AED per month.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure it runs smoothly
• Oversee staff scheduling and performance management
• Maintain a high standard of customer service
• Develop menus, promotions and special events
• Manage inventory of food, beverages, supplies and equipment
• Prepare financial reports on a regular basis

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar position is preferred but not required
• Good knowledge of food safety & hygiene regulations
• Working knowledge of POS systems and MS Office Suite (Word & Excel) is preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
