You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, menu development, and financial management. Responsibilities:
- Developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and profitability
- Training, motivating and supervising staff
- Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Planning menus in consultation with chefs
- Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure
- Analyzing customer feedback data to inform decision making
- Developing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or related field
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
