Secretary job in Doha Qatar


We are currently looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The role will involve providing administrative and office management support to the team. We offer a competitive salary of 1100 QAR per month.

We are open to considering an immigrant for this role and therefore work experience is not essential. However, we do expect the successful candidate to possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong computer skills. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage a high volume of duties is also important.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including filing and scheduling appointments, managing databases, ordering office supplies, and general office duties. The Secretary will also be responsible for greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner while offering exceptional customer service.
